To submit a Data Privacy Data Subject Request (DSR) on behalf of a customer who has contacted your council, please complete the form below. Please submit only one request per person to create separate cases for tracking purposes.

The customer would like to confirm whether Girl Scouts of the USA is processing their, their minor child’s, or adult dependent’s personal data.

The customer would like to correct incorrect personal data in their, their minor child’s, or adult dependent’s account/record.

The customer would like their, their minor child’s, or adult dependent’s personal data to be deleted from Girl Scouts of the USA systems.

The customer would like to receive a copy of the personal data that Girl Scouts of the USA has for them, their minor child, or their adult dependent in a portable and readily usable format.

The customer would like to opt out of targeted advertising.

The customer would like to opt out of the “sale” or sharing of their, their minor child’s, or adult dependent’s personal data.

We will not process the request if we are unable to reasonably verify the customer’s identity.
