Join up to 15,000 scouts from around the world at an international jamboree as you experience the scenery, culture and history of Norway. Picture It Join 13 other Girl Scouts from around the United States as you journey to Stavanger, Norway for an international scout jamboree with as many as 15000 scouts from around the world in attendance. Explore the food and culture, the rich Viking history, the seas, fjords and mountains of this beautiful coastal country. The campsite is located near the sea on historical grounds at Hafrsfjord where the famous Viking king Harald Hårfagre managed to unit Norway into one kingdom in 872. Participate in half day hikes around the area and a full day excursions to the spectacular pulpit rock, Prekestolen, towering nearly 2,000 feet over Lysefjord. Map It Stavanger, Norway Be It

Get It All participants must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 month before expiration at the time of the trip. $ It A non-refundable deposit of $300 will be due immediately upon acceptance to the event and is part of the event fee, not in addition to it. Event fee includes all transportation including roundtrip airfare between New York and Norway, 3 meals per day, accommodations all nights, and program fees. Participants are responsible for their transportation costs to and from New York, NY and their own spending money.
