CLOE

National Learning Services has been transformed!
We are now the Center for Leadership & Organizational Excellence (CLOE). CLOE is dedicated to inspiring personal growth and leadership development in girls, council volunteers and staff, and GSUSA. We are also creating opportunities for team and organizational development while building a learning culture throughout Girl Scouting that will help drive the Core Business Strategy.

Want to hear more about Professional Development at Macy?
You'll still be able to find all the information you need here about the great learning opportunities that GSUSA offers at Macy, including the chronology of courses, the flyers promoting individual courses, online registration, the accommodations form, the travel scholarship application and more.

Want to hear more about leadership development, talent management and organizational development?
CLOE has created three centers of excellence to embed these approaches into the culture of Girl Scouting. We'll be building these parts of the Web site in the days and weeks to come. Stay tuned!

Want to hear more about eLearning?
CLOE has been working with Membership & Volunteerism to bring eLearning to life at a national level. We have launched live, online learning events for both headquarters and council staff. We are also supporting the creation of several new online learning opportunities including volunteer orientation, outcomes measurement, delegate preparation and others. We'll be pilot testing the online volunteer orientation module during September!
