Awarded to selected full-time students (minimum of 12 hours) who have earned the Gold Award. Selected incoming freshmen (first time in college) will receive $1,000 per year (awarded at $500 per semester) toward undergraduate tuition for up to four (4) years. The Girl Scout Scholarship at Westminster College
Award:
$18,500 per year (renewable annually for four years) as long as the recipient remains in good academic standing.
Requirements:
1. Applicants must have earned the Gold Award in the Girl Scouts. Confirmation must be provided by a troop leader or another official of the Girl Scouts.
2. Applicants must be admitted into Westminster College and complete the financial aid process. Applicants must carry a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.
3. Westminster College will award an unlimited number of $74,000 ($18,500/year) scholarships annually to qualified students. The award shall be renewable for a period up to four years provided the recipient remains in good academic standing (minimum 2.0 GPA).

Award:
In recognition of outstanding achievement, West Virginia University provides a scholarship to first-time freshmen who have achieved the highest levels of honor or leadership within certain nationally acclaimed organizations. The Leadership Scholarship is valued at $500 per academic year (fall and spring).

· For consideration, students must be incoming freshmen who have a high school GPA of at least 3.0.
· Students must submit verification (i.e. certificate or letter of proof) showing they have achieved the recognized honor from one of the listed organizations to the Mountaineer Hub.
· The deadline for consideration is August 1 for the upcoming academic year.
· Students must be enrolled full-time to receive this scholarship.
· The Leadership Scholarship may usually be used in addition to other WVU-offered scholarships.
Requirements:
Students may renew the scholarship for future academic years by maintaining a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and earning at least 30 credit hours each academic year.
Patricia L. Ingram Scholarship
Award:
The Patricia L. Ingram Scholarship is a one-year scholarship available to one first-year student who has participated in Girl Scouts. Patricia Ingram was a strong advocate for both scouting and STEM education. Preference for this scholarship will be given to a Girl Scout Gold Award, and candidates are sought who will bring both compassion and ethics to their pursuit of STEM expertise to use in service to others.

Awarded to entering students who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America or earned their Gold Award in the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Requirements:
A student’s application for admission to High Point University is also the application for scholarships. We do not feel that any additional essay can outweigh the commitment to excellence shown by students over their high school careers. The Girl Scout Gold award – awarded to Gold Award Recipients in possession of their Gold Award certificates.
Requirements:
Recipients must be full-time students on the main campus. Scholarships and awards are reviewed annually and renewed for the term of the award providing the student is in academic good standing and maintains eligibility requirements specific to the award. Further, Wilmington College may withdraw these awards if there is a Level I or Level II violation of the Student Code of Conduct. These awards may only be applied to fall and spring semesters for a total of eight semesters unless otherwise noted.

Outstanding Achievement Award

Submit proof of your Girl Scout Award or Scouts-affiliated program (ex: organization formerly known as Boy Scouts of America) to the Office of Scholarships and Financial Assistance before February 1 of the year you enroll. The scholarship amount is renewable and can be used only toward tuition. Open only to first-year students.
Community Engagement Award
Award:
Recognizes students who exemplify the Rollins mission through community engagement. This $1,000 annually renewing scholarship is given to students who have been an active member in community organizations that focuses on service for a minimum of twelve months. These organizations include the Boys & Girls Club, Hispanic Heritage Society, Elevate Orlando, Boy/Girl Scouts of America, Hope Community Center.

A completed admission application must be received by the priority filing deadline to qualify for Hamilton Holt Scholarships. Most awards are based on a combination of past academic achievement and demonstrated financial need. Eligibility is partly based on the information reported your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Additional financial information may be requested if you are not eligible to complete a FAFSA due to citizenship status. The scholarships listed below are awarded only at the time of admission.

The Amy Weiss Memorial Scholarship has been established to honor Amy’s life and her commitment to service and the Girl Scout community.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Recipients of the Amy Weiss Memorial Scholarship must:
· Be a Girl Scout upon, or have been one at, her high school graduation date and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the time of her graduation.
· Be a resident of the Greater Cincinnati area.
· Be attending, or planning to attend, a 2- or 4-year accredited, non-proprietary college or university in the continental United States.
· Complete and submit an application, which can be found on the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation website: cincinnatischolarshipfoundation.org, by April 30.

Applicants will be asked to submit 1) a recommendation from their current or former Girl Scout leader, and 2) a 500-word essay on "What I have gained from being a Girl Scout".
Preference will be given to those with a history of involvement with the Girl Scouts and a record of service to others.
The recipients of the Amy Weiss Memorial Scholarship will be chosen by the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation in cooperation with the members of the Amy Weiss Memorial Scholarship selection committee. Financial need will only be taken into consideration if there is a “tie” between candidates. The scholarship award is not automatically renewable, but recipients are permitted to reapply each year.

Baker University Gold Award Grant in Aid
Award:
Baker University Gold Award Grant values the character and determination it takes to be a Gold Award Girl Scout. Through Grant in Aid all Gold Award Girl Scouts that attend Baker University- Baldwin City are eligible for $1,000 per year. This award is renewable for up to 9 semesters. To be awarded an academic scholarship, freshmen and new transfer students must be admitted to the College of Arts and Sciences or a School of Education undergraduate program. After you are admitted to Baker, we’ll use the information on file to determine your academic scholarship eligibility. For need-based aid, you should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) between October 1 and March 15. Perrin Girl Scout Gold Award Scholarship
Award:
Provides need-based scholarship support to American University undergraduate students who have earned the Girl Scouts of the USA Girl Scouts Gold Award. The scholarship may be renewed from year to year provided the recipient remains enrolled at the University and continues to meet the eligibility requirements. Award amount is approximately $1,000-$2,500.

Girl Scout Silver/Gold Award Scholarship
Award:
An unlimited number of Gold or Silver Award Girl Scouts will be selected by Ohio Wesleyan University and awarded a $38,000 annual and renewable scholarship for up to 4 years, assuming the student remains in good academic standing (2.0 GPA). If awarded, the Scholarship will replace the previously awarded merit scholarship of a lesser amount. Scouts must have a 3.5 cumulative high school GPA and have their Scout leader submit this recommendation form to qualify. The deadline to apply is March 1.
